Terms of Service

1. Service provision
GeoVisit provides traffic analytics, approximate geographic maps, UTM campaigns, tracked links and export tools according to the selected plan.
2. Account and access
Users must provide valid information, protect their credentials and use the service only for websites, campaigns or links for which they have sufficient authorisation. When Google sign-in is used, the Google account may be linked to an existing GeoVisit account with the same verified email address.
3. Trial period
New accounts receive the trial period indicated by the service. When it ends, existing data may remain available for consultation, but collection of new visits may stop until a plan is activated.
4. Plans and limits
Each plan sets a maximum number of projects and monthly visits. If a limit is reached, GeoVisit may stop additional collection until the next period or until the plan is upgraded.
5. Payments and activation
Payments are made through the links configured by OneBizness. Activation may require manual review. The purchased period begins when payment is approved unless the plan states otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
GeoVisit may not be used to locate specific people, bypass privacy controls, conduct individualised surveillance, introduce malicious code, interfere with third parties or analyse websites without authorisation.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided on a best-effort basis and may experience interruptions due to maintenance, hosting, external providers or network incidents. Features may evolve to improve security, performance or compliance.
8. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for informing visitors and configuring their website according to the legal obligations applicable to cookies, analytics, advertising and other technologies, including those not provided by GeoVisit.
